01 — Quality system
No lot ships on the strength of a supplier’s certificate alone. Release is a decision made on independent data, and the software enforces it.
- 01
Source
Each lot is produced by our contract manufacturer and shipped to our U.S. warehouse with the manufacturer’s batch record and certificate.
- 02
Quarantine
On receipt the lot is logged, labeled and held. Our order system cannot allocate a single vial from a quarantined lot.
- 03
Independent analysis
Retained samples go to an independent, accredited U.S. laboratory for sterility, endotoxin, particulate, pH, preservative assay and identity testing.
- 04
Release & publish
Only a lot whose report conforms to specification is released. The full report is published here, linked from every vial’s label.

02 — Current lot
The lot you receive is printed on the vial and on your packing slip. Scan the code on the label to open its record.
03 — Ordering
One product, one price. Buy once, or set a standing order and adjust it any time.
